Bed and Sofa Haven - Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@bedandsofahaven.com so that we can help. We deliver all over mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@bedandsofahaven.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. However, if your order has already been dispatched, delivery and return fees will be applied with the rates determined by the courier used. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Returns:

Products can only be returned if a product is damaged or defected we require photographic evidence of the damage in question. Our contract with our supplier states damaged parts can be replaced or returned in full which will be at no cost to the customer and a full refund will be issued within 14 working days of collection. A customer is free to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product as long as it is in the original packaging and has no damage or defects to the product which will be inspected on return. Return will be at the cost of the customer.

 Re-Delivery:

If a delivery is missed the re-delivery fee is due to be paid by the customer. If the customer is not prepared to pay the re-delivery fee your order will be cancelled and refunded with the delivery fee deducted. These charges are to the external delivery company and are no gain to us.

What is the warranty policy on our sofa's ?

Our 5-year structural frame guarantee covers inherent manufacturing defects in the sofa's framework, as determined by independent bodies such as Castelan or Homeserve, excluding boards,springs, padding, mechanisms, mattresses, or upholstery, and general wear and tear.

How do i care for or maintain my bed/sofa ?

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or interior design professionals ?

Yes we do offer discounts for bulk orders and to interior design professionals. Please email or call us for further information on pricing.

Can i return a product if it doesn't meet expectations ?

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. The item in question must be un-opened in its original packaging to be returned.

We provide a full year of warranty on all products. The warranty does not cover damages
resulting from normal wear, moisture damage, heat damage, misuse, or surface imperfections
specifically on real wood products.
