Our head office is in Leeds, West Yorkshire but we distribute from warehouses across the UK through our courier partners FedEx, DHL and UPS.

Bed and Sofa Haven are strictly a direct fulfillment company. As soon as payment is taken from the customer for each order, the order is passed on to the wholesaler who arranges delivery to the customer. Delivery times and schedules of the courier are independent of Bed and Sofa Haven.

What is the warranty policy on our sofa's ?

Our 5-year structural frame guarantee covers inherent manufacturing defects in the sofa's framework, as determined by independent bodies such as Castelan or Homeserve, excluding boards,springs, padding, mechanisms, mattresses, or upholstery, and general wear and tear.

How do i care for or maintain my bed/sofa ?

Can i return a product if it doesn't meet expectations ?

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. The item in question must be un-opened in its original packaging to be returned.

What is the refund and cancellation policy ?

You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. However, if your order has alreadybeen dispatched, delivery and return fees will be applied with the rates determined by the courier used. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

What is the warranty policy on bed's ?

We provide a full year of warranty on all products. The warranty does not cover damages
resulting from normal wear, moisture damage, heat damage, misuse, or surface imperfections
specifically on real wood products.
